Written about wanting to be in a real relationship instead of one that would devolve into casual sex, “Can I Get It” is a big production pop track and features the songwriting of producer Shellback and Max Martin.
In her interview with RollingStone magazine, Adele shared how casual sex seemed to be the only thing the Los Angeles dating pool was good for. She has jokingly shared that she “lasted five seconds [dating here]”
She also shared that she didn’t want to slip back into her old habits that come with casual dating and how it would do more damage than good.
